Roadmap
Where Pivah Protocol stands today and what comes next, phase by phase — from testnet through mainnet and beyond.
Timelines are indicative and will shift with audit findings, security priorities and community feedback. Foundation and Testnet Hardening are complete — Pivah is now moving into audit and mainnet preparation.

Phase 0 — Foundation
Completed- Creator Studio — deploy a collection with one shared image (any supply) or generate unique 1-of-1 NFTs from layered traits, with a live local preview before anything touches the chain
- Pivah DEX — bonding-curve liquidity pools per collection; starting price derived automatically from a pool's first NFT+WETH deposit
- Marketplace — peer-to-peer listings with escrow, single or batch listing, per-NFT pricing for collections where rarity should command different prices
- Staking — the PIVAH token and an NFT-staking vault that accepts any collection, from any origin
- Testnet activity tracking — every meaningful action logged for later reward consideration once mainnet launches
Phase 1 — Testnet Hardening
Completed- Open testnet participation on Base Sepolia, with activity tracked toward a future mainnet reward
- UX friction fixed as found — automatic DEX pricing, marketplace escrow, and bulk NFT pricing tools all shipped in direct response to testnet feedback
- Hardened the generative trait-collection pipeline: canvas alignment, transparency validation, visual alignment guides
- Validated the platform's assumptions with real collections, real pools, and real trades
Phase 2 — Audit & Mainnet
In progress- Independent, professional smart contract audit of every core contract
- Remediation of any audit findings, with a second review pass on anything material
- Mainnet deployment on Base
- Initial liquidity seeding and first exchange listing conversations for PIVAH
- On-chain vesting contracts for team, advisor and community token allocations — not manual transfers
Phase 3 — Ecosystem Growth
Planned- Active creator outreach and onboarding — collections from outside Pivah's own Creator Studio are already fully supported today
- Mobile-first refinements across Creator Studio, DEX and Marketplace
- Evaluate expansion beyond Base once mainnet usage patterns are understood
- Formal partnerships with complementary NFT and DeFi protocols
Phase 4 — Decentralisation
Planned- DAO governance framework covering treasury allocation and protocol parameters
- Progressive handover of Treasury/DAO Reserve control to token holders
- Protocol-owned liquidity strategy to reduce long-term reliance on external LPs
Phase 2 will not conclude until audit findings are fully addressed and a mainnet deployment has been verified end to end — with the same rigour every contract change received on testnet, where every update was compiled, tested, and confirmed working before being treated as done.
